Pay but did not receive what was paid for

I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.

Hello @ssharry Sorry you have also been burned by this issue… I too was charged twice and nothing delivered. This has been going on all week and many are complaing but nothing is being done. Silly answers like the one below "contact customer service" etc..

ATTENTION SODA TEAM…

The King "customer service" is a joke and probably doesn't even exist anymore! I have sent 4 messages over the past 2 days and NO ONE responds. I tried to message @LoFiGummy through an old private message but no response there either.
There is no help for all the people stuck in this issue right now, just look at all the messages coming in… Sad and disappointing Someone needs to step up and fix the problem

I have waited all week for some sort of response from here or King support@PrettyBubbles @LoFiGummy When will my money be refunded or when will the bundles be delivered?? I have sent over half a dozen messages to King support and received absolutely nothing in return. This is getting ridiculous with even more ripped-off players coming forward.

Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
