Was Plying podium race and my wins stopped counting had 250 and was probably up to 275 or higher. I lost to 2nd place for no reason đ

When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
