* Are you playing on mobile, tablet, or Facebook/PC?
* Is your game fully up to date?
* When you say you’re not getting lives or boosters, do you mean:* Lives aren’t refilling over time, or
* You’re not receiving them from events, ads, or rewards?

Also, have you tried fully closing the game and reopening it, or restarting your device recently?
