I paid 16.99 for a coun package of 100 coins, unlimited special candies for 24 hours, etc. I only got the unlimited candies, not the coins!

Very sorry for your purchase issue but unfortunately community dont deal with purchases or purchase related issues. However please check the below link for proper guidance.
First try to reloaded your game...log out, turn off device or clear cache, and log back in. If gold bars is missing, then you need to contact player support from your game app. They only one who can the gold back for you. Good Luck.
