On mr toffies fair competion, i needed to match 2 wrapped candies and iv'e done that 3 times now and

@chasb62 Hi and welcome, Please check for a game update and log out and restart your device. then log backi in. Also if playing through an internet browser. Please clear the cache / History. See if this solves your problem.
