I won the game and never received my prizes in the race you game is not functioning properly how can you begin a race with 11 wins before the game begins ‘malfunctioning game’

Please refresh your game and clear the cache and restart. It can be a time delay, please don't worry. Just keep playing and it will be solved.
Please clean cache files of your device and reboot the device. Also use updated version of the game
Maybe the race started before you logged in? You also might be playing against a player who started at level 1.
I hope you were talking about episode race, right?
You might want to check if your device has enough free memory. This game wants about 2GB of free memory.
Ok did you try the above troubleshooting steps which i mentioned. May i know which device are you using.
The game isn't giving my credits when I watch the video. The game also freezes on me.
