Hello, yup it’s me again. Would someone please give me a definitive response regarding Kimmy’s Arcade?? I had it, now I don’t and haven’t for over a month. I tried some tips offered by Yosca which unfortunately did not help. Is KA coming back?, is everyone going to have it eventually? Was it an impermanent feature? Will I get it back at some point? Thanks

    Why do I not receive any Challenges from Kimmy's Arcade?

    I played Kimmy’s arcade around 12:40 pm and got to level 11 or 12 and when I went to claim my rewards it said I didn’t earn any rewards. I spent 12 gold bars while playing the arcade and I did not get my rewards! Can you please look into this! Thanks.

    “And, regarding those that don't have it, at the moment, Kimmy's Arcade is at an early stage so it will be rolled out to more of you later if it works well but, for now, there's no development happening for those of you playing on PC. The platform and the bandwidth that we can work around there makes it a challenge.”

    I played Kimmy’s arcade around 08:am and when I went to claim my rewards it did not reflect but it took my gold bars I spent. I spent 12 gold bars and I did not get my rewards! Can you please look into this! I see other people have the some problem and no reply has been given to them. Please fix this problem.Thanks

    I an very sorry to hear about the issue in your game(s)! I do not have Kimmy's Arcade in my game yet, hence, not sure how it works!!

    I am not sure whether the Community Team will be able to solve this issue OR you will have to contact the "Player Support Team"! I will find out and let you know.

    But in the mean time, can you both please post which device you are using & your game user ID number? This link will help you ---> "Find my ID"

    I have been going around in circles trying to find the correct page to ask this question. Sorry if on the wrong page. I have been playing the arcade until 2weeks ago when I installed CCS on my new tablet. Since then I haven't been able to get it on phone or tablet. How can I get it back?

    @jancye Hi and welcome, All you can do is make sure your game is up to date and log out and restart your device, then log back in and ensure your device is running up to date. Some features are test features and not available to everybody, so may be a case that your not in the group on this device for that feature

    @jancye I don't have it either. The studio took it away from me and hasn't give it back yet. So sad.
