Hello @philly-2 - I wish you a very warm welcome to our Sodalicious Community. Out of curiosity - which weekly contest are you referring to? There are several. Also - the studio doesn't necessarily award missing rewards to players, it depends on the circumstance. For example if it is a special event that malfunctioned, sometimes you can get the missing rewards (usually from the CM for that game). However this isn't true for all cases. So even though I can understand your frustration (it has happened to me a few times in the past - but usually in other games), you may not get the missing rewards.
Thanks for all of the suggestions. I tried them all but still "rewardless" (is that a word?). I contacted the support address you provided.

@philly-2 Hi and welcome. Please check your device is up to date and log out and restart your device. then log back in . if you play via an internet browser please also clear the cache / history. See if your reward activates as sometimes there can be a delay. if not please follow advice above on getting help with your missing reward
