Why aren't by daily logins being saved? It keeps referring to zero for no reason!!!

I have been logging in daily for over 1000 days inn a row . Since I got that milestone my days have reset two or three times now. I make sure the internet is connected.. I make sure it's connected to the Facebook account. I make sure the progression shows.. then there next day it's reset. And you can't fix the issue. Shame on you. Because I know I'm logging in and playing. This was several days ago and was told nothing can be done. Yet when this happened a long time ago it was fixed. But now it did it again today. Back to zero yet I played yesterday. So sad that my favorite game is doing this and it can't be fixed. This is my go to game.. it's relaxing. Ahmed I'm not some kid I'm a 60 year old and nope I'm not losing my mind... Can this be fixed?

I am sorry to hear your Daily Calendar keeps on resetting 😔. There are a number of reasons this reset might happen: device updates, the time you logged in, and one-time glitches may cause this. Though your Daily Calendar progress cannot be restored, rest assured that your actual rewards are unaffected. On day 7 you will be back to getting 2 hours booster and 30 minutes life again.

I guess when you update the latest version and relogin on this game, unfortunately daily bonus reset to Day 1 sometimes. (Mostly of players have asked this problem too)

I'm having the same issue. I use an Amazon tablet so I'll have to figure out how to clear the cache and reboot. I hope that works. I had just over 2 years of signing in. I miss my daily bonus!! Kind of hard to get 2 years back. Hope the cache thing works.

There is so many things that can cause daily bonus to reset. But this is the first time I've seen 1000 days! Someone doesn't like to count that high. Answer is King.

I don't think it will be fix.
