Thanks.. I play CCS as well. Level 3526
F5 aka "Fantastic 5 Teams" it is on (CCS) Candy Crush Saga. Has only 5 people per team. There are "Customizedย Teams", meaning "Private" or "Public Teams".
What was happening, is people who were on "Customized / Private Teams", like myself & @Sofia1992 were being moved from them too "Public Teams". But the problem is or was, once you were moved, you couldn't leave. In my case, on "Win 10 Pro PC - Desktop App", everytime I tried to leave, the F5 App would freeze, then close the game. So we were stuck, on a team we didn't choose. Also, "Facebook Friends Listings" changed dramatically. I had 100's of people on my list I had never seen or known before.
Even now, on my "F5 Customized / Private Team", I only have "One" Facebook friend listed, lost the others.
So the solution is, a "Link" had to be sent by the "Admin" of the F5 Team, to get you out. Why I gave @candycrushinit all the info above, on getting BFF @Sofia1992 out.

Why your Admin is not aware that I leave team
I know you are not "Google", or here to answer everything. It is common courtesy to let your "Admin" know you are leaving. She got you on the team, right?
