My earlier team was disbanded and now the team icon is not showing in the game. I tried everything from clearing cache, reinstalling the game and also restarting the mobile.

nowadays i am busy in preparing for boards exam.
otherwise i complete at least 10 or 15 new levels a day.
That's the way it is with my game. My team hasn't been disbanded, but Candy Crush Soda seems to have a technical problem. When I'm in Wi-Fi (and I have a fast connection over Wi-Fi), I get old features displayed. Only when I close the game, turn off Wi-Fi and use my mobile connection will it work again. I get the symbol for the team and Mr. Toffee.
If it still doesn't show up, I go to an old level, play it and then the functions appear.
@Rubina24 u can't edit a post after a day, and second the post usually disappeared after i edited it so that's a risk again 😁
I play more than 1 new level everyday, wondering y m not as lucky as u now 🤔 i haven't seen my team for 🤨🤨 i dnt even remember how long now 🤣🤣

i have observed it that every new day you have to play a level (win or lose) after that come on home screen then u can see the team icon.
this is the reason if you are talking about candy crush soda

It happens when we have bad internet connection, Game not connected or have a lower version of the game.
If you tried all things and its not working then i am tagging to community managers they will help you.
please keep patience it may be some time difference because they are helping others players also

My team also disappears on most of the days, it pops up once in a blue moon to give me the team reward. The troubleshooting ways don't help me either.😐 Maybe you'l also have to wait for it to show up someday. 🤷♀️
