Happened again...so frustrating! Is used several boosters etc and won the Kingdom. I didn't get the rewards AGAIN!! Why does this keep happening?

Firstly just check game is up to date and try logging out and restarting your device then log back in just to see if it rectifies your issue.
If not Please contact customer support from your game and they should help you with this.
Just go to cog wheel and question mark and then select the relevant information
