Change payment method

I am logged in to Soda under the same email I have Google Play money available to use. However, when I go to do so, an alternate email is shown on my payment method screen and my Google Play money isn't available. How do I change my payment method email to access the correct account to make purchases?

@xponent Hi and welcome, this is something you would need to speak to google play customer services about as king only accept 3rd part payments which in you case would be google play

On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store app

Go to a paid item's detail page.

Tap the price and review app permissions.

Next to the price, tap the Down arrow
Payment methods.
Choose from one of your existing payment methods or add a new one.

I can't use my PayPal in soda. I've always used it and there is money on it but doda says its limited and won't purchase. I called PayPal and they said that nothing is wrong with my card
