I was wanting to finish up a level and bought 10 coins, as soon as I won I got an error and had to start all over again . WHY ???

If it's still not worked, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with purchase" and then "Purchase items are not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

There are many glitches. My recommendation is go very slow. Let's all the graphic animations finished first before you click anything. Too much graphic and the game will crash.

Very sorry about this mishap but another person reported by this connection error. However the only way you can claim your purchase refund is by reaching to player support through the settings of your game application. Community dont deal with purchase or purchase related issues as it involves your personal information.
