I purchased my add on an other phone but not able to access them in my new phone please help. Thanks in advance

Unfortunately all of your boosters cannot be transferred and these events/features will be reseted or gone when you start playing this game with new device. đ
â ď¸ So please attention when you have trouble to lose all of your boosters! â ď¸
1. The boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device or reinstall game!Â
2. The boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved.Â
Itâs best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.Â
We do not replace items and help you to return your boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support team here, so they can help. đ

As long as you actually purchased the 'add-on' and are using the same account (FB or King.com) to sign in to the game on the new phone, Player Support can help restore any purchases to the new phone. As mentioned above - for future reference, if you use an iPhone, before transferring to the new iPhone, if you back up everything to the iCloud before transferring the data to your new device, there is a chance everything will transfer including any saved boosters (that you earned - like from Kimmy's Arcade) and lives from friends.
Now that you have found the community - I encourage you to stay and explore, meet new people from around the world who share your love for the various King games, make new friends, get help on difficult levels, share tips and tricks you have picked up, enter contests and just have a lot of fun!

If you are using iPhone, you can store your game on iCloud first. Then it might work. I don't know if android will work or not.

As explained above the boosters /add ons are stored on the device memory so that the players may use it even if they are playing offline. Therefore these boosters can not be transferred to other device. But as you have purchased these boosters as mentioned above there is no harm in checking with player support to see if these boosters can be transferred to other device.

@sunithay .Hi and welcome. i believe you add on is device specific in the case of mobile phones so will not transfer to your new device. You may need to contact customer support from your game just go to settings and help centre and send them an email to see if they can help you.
