My Facebook account is disabled and I lost all my progress and all games started over and I will not start over again I had a big progress I can't lose and I don't want to stop playing please help me

If this does not work you would need to create either a new facebook or king account and then you could contact customer support to get you levels restored. Its easy to do this from the game as it contains the game ID. Just go to game settings and help and send them an a email or alternatively use the contact us below (need game ID for this) and they should help you with this

Very sorry about your issue but once the login or account is lost you can not recover your progress but dont worry our player support certainly can. The only way to recover your progress is by manual recovery through our player support. So please go to the settings of your game application and contact our player support and send them email. Dont forget to mention your new game id and the number of level you were in when you lost the progress.

You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.
