If it's still not worked, How about you click on "Force Stop" (from Settings) of this game and use stable Internet Connection again that I hope this helps.

@BillyWizz27 Hi and welcome, Firstly do the standard trouble shooting tips and check both your device and game are up to date and log out and restart your device , then log back in and see if this resolves your issue
you are in wrong forum but do not worry about this as the CM will move to the correct one, but bear in mind for next time ass you may find the same issue in that forum
