My iPad is dying. When I get another one how do I get back to my level of 2662?
@rtfrazee Hi and welcome, All you will need to do is sign in to the account you use on this ipad and you new device should automatically sync your levels and gold bars. If you do have any trouble just come back and we can supply details on getting your levels restored

If it's still not worked by Save Current Level Steps, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (but use Game ID with phone as well and How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

Once you get a new device, hopefully another new iPad, please log in to the usual account that you've signed in whilst playing the game. Your progress will be synced.
You may also backup your old iPad with your iTunes and then sync it with the new device to restore the level in the new device. Also, you may be able to transfer your booster from your old iPad to the new one.
If you still have issue in restoring your level, please click on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this page and you'll get a live chat message from King's Support team to resolve your issue.

Just log in like the game experts said above. Do you have any boosters? If you do, you might want to back up the game using iCloud first. I think it will save the boosters. Happy Crushing!
Hi and welcome to the community.
If you have already saved your progress through king account or facebook account then you just have to login in the new device with same login and your progress and goldbars will be recovered but boosters and lives will not be recovered as they are stored on device memory and not in the game.
