i had a account before,but i had to sign up again you could not reconises my emil or user name

Are you referring to your King Community's account? If yes, this happens to me before. I also signed up again using the same email account. If my memory is correct, there is an email notification from King once we have created an account here and we have to click on that email and link provided to activate the account.
However, you may seek clarification by clicking on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this page and you will get King's Bot to provide you some answer.

@nolife Hi and welcome, If this is for the community then at least you have got back on here., but please try to keep your email and password safe so you do not have to do this again. Not sure why it would not recognise them as no reports of any problems like this
