hi @Lola_Pop That’s exactly the problem. I did click on the ‘claim’ button for my frame (bronze, I believe), but I didn’t receive it 😔. That’s why in my screenshot you can only see the regular yellow frame.
Anything particular I have to do to receive the frame?

I got a pop up in the game that I belong to the founders and a link to pick up the badge. That brought me here ???
It was said that I would receive 2 frames, but nothing came and after I clicked the link it was gone.

For me, this event was an event with bankruptcy, bad luck and breakdowns (that's the name of a TV series in which people are tricked with a hidden camera). A lot didn't work for me here.
Frist time here. Received 10 gold bars for helping.

Can you please send us a screenshot where we can see your Founder's frame, so we can add the correct badge to your game? Bear in mind the frame depends on the amount of weeks you've completed, so we need to know if you deserve a bronze, silver or gold badge! The badge will match your frame:
