20 minutes left on my lifetime shows it counting down but says zero and I can't play!.

Please do the following:-
Log out from the game entirely and close the app.
Clear your phone cache/storage space. DO NOT clear game data.
Restart your device. If you shutdown, please wait for at least 10 second before turning on your device.

Very strange never seen this before. However please do the standard troubleshooting by Log out, update your game apication, restart your device and login again and see if it helps you.

@marywel Try the standard trouble shoooting tips and check your game is up to date, if playing via an internet browser clear your cache and log out and restart your device. It is probably to late to do anything but normally if you have unlimited time it shows a sideways 8 and not any numbers, so are you sure your unlimited lives timer was not up ?
