As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.

@Spinnifix I have more levels to play on Soda but they are impossible to complete. When you buy a booster pack they are meant to help the player complete the levels not help the studio fill their pockets with our cash, Have you tried playing the "Chocolate Hill" sorry but i don't know the name of it?

@Spinnifix That would be great if you could pass my comments on to @Lola_Pop I really think the studio have gone too far this time. I am on level 5822 and have felt for a few weeks now that the latest levels released have gotten extremely difficult to complete but to now have a "Chocolate Hill" be impossible this might be the time that I give this game up for good. The boosters I purchased have been a complete waste of money and no use at all I'm very angry

I have received a version of bubblegum hill this weekend but every one of the 5 levels are chocolate. This is it incredibly boring with every level basically being the same. I also want to make a complaint here that on the last level No.5 it's stupidly hard. Not only do you NEED to have full timed boosters to play it, any lollipop hammers you earn you have to use up trying to bust up the chocolate. I have never seen a game that the second you break the chocolate it appears back again. This is unfair game playing on behalf of the studio and a ploy to extract more cash from players
Keep going in and out of the BGH logo and it will clear after about four or five times, it happens to me every time I'm removed from the throne.
Try reloading. Log out or play a level. That seems to work for me when I had the BGH feature.

I won all 5 levels, got my gold bars....but when I go back to play again, my 5 levels are still checked. What’s going on ?

my chewing gum hill does not appear from two weeks ago. I have reinstalled game one week ago for troubles with the app. Now it’s running but without chewing hill even 😞
@Novatilla Hi and welcome, The BGH feature is a bonus feature and is not always guaranteed to be in your game, It is given to groups of randomly selected people, so this just means your not in that group at present but you could be again in the future. It can also be missing due to temporary problems
At present this is being tested by a small number of players but hopefully this will be rolled out on a wider scale again shortly
To make sure your getting the features available to you check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device , then log back in. regularly do this to keep your game as up to date as possible
