@charlottew Hi and welcome, This should be as easy as just signing into your new device with your game account details and it should sync you to the server and restore your levels and gold bars. although sometimes you need to play one level for it to sync correctly

Hi and welcome to the king community.
There are only two ways to save your game.
One is with facebook and another is king account. So if you dont have a facebook id you need to save your game through king account and then you can move the game to new device.
So if you can access your game then please save it with king account and then you may open the game on the new device with same login but if you dont have access to your old game (dead nexus). Then i am sorry but your progress is lost. But our player support still can recover your progress manually. Please open the game on ipad mini (new game) and contact our player support either directly from the settings of your game application and let them know your game level to restore manually for you.
