My progress has moved but all my extras like my pieces of lollipop and. My lollipop smasher my hand and my stripes lollipop bonus moves haven’t come across I have lost them all??

I would have to agree with Marriam1. If you old device is still workable, please continue playing the game. You don't need to insert sim card as long as it is connected to the internet. Just log in as usual and play. Use the booster you have in that device to help you level.
You may also continue your game in the new device and build up the boosters. If you plan to interchange your game and play in different device, please remember to always log out from the game of one device before moving to the next!

I hope KING makes playing with the boosters you already have across devices possible. Because it also sucks loosing the daily bonus streak too

⚠️ Please attention when you have trouble to lose all of your boosters! ⚠️
1. The boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device or reinstall any King's Game!
2. The boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.
We do not replace items and help you to return your boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support team here, so they can help. 😊
By the way, these features are still helping you to earn more boosters/gold bars on this game. 😊

@stephi2285 Hi and welcome, In the case of mobile devices your boosters and lives are stored on the device itself , so if you phone or game crashes, you uninstall or change devices your boosters are lost / Not transferable. Unless you had any unused purchased boosters and then you can contact customer support from your game regarding these.

Hello @stephi2285 unfortunately u lose all your boosters as its stored in the device 😔. Only the game progress and gold can be transferred to the new device.
If possible try using the boosters in the old device.
