As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?
I guess bgh is gone for good, judging from what everyone is saying. You could at least have the decency to tell your players what is going on. We have all spent money on this game. I'm done.
Not even including the comments on BGH in the respective section. I think they have given up and probably indicating us also to forget BGH. We are only left with some cake stuff which is boring and would only give only one chance to play. Would have now search for a new game now
Their care factor is so low that they no longer bother responding to this thread.
Please bring back bgh- I have no hammers or gold bars anymore!
Hiya there @brichavis hope you are doing great. Anyway, with regard to BGH its either you are lucky to get it or not😔. So keep playing, keep updating and maybe you will get it. For now just enjoy the other features.
BGH feature is having some issues and Studios are working on it. You can find the updates on BGH in this thread here.

Hello @brichavis BGH is a test feature and doesn't guarantee to be in your game everytime. This was the CM lola_pop latest update regarding BGH dated 13th November.
Bubblegum Hill will NOT be available this weekend for most of our players; there are tests going on, so that some players may have the event though.
You can play the other features in the game for the meanwhile!

Are you ever bringing bubblegum hill back?
They could have built an entirely new game with the amount of time they are taking supposedly "testing" this mini game.
It is an absolute insult to anyone's intelligence.
The main game has many bugs that regularly gets fixed behind the scenes and yet the game never stops, we just hear about it casually in new updates... funny that BGH is a major operation that no one can solve and requires more testing than a nuclear site!
If you want to remove BGH because it's affecting your bottom line then just be honest, I am sure most people here will respect that a lot more than being treated like fools for all this time.

The Bubblegum Hill event last week received very few players, however, we can't say for sure whether you will get the Bubblegum Hill event this week as it is given at random.

I can tell you our dear Bubblegum Troll is not gone forever, @Chakra .
There are no updates for now I'm afraid, but at least I can tell you that. I know the team is working hard on new events, new features, and some improvements in the current ones. The game changes and evolves, as you know, and it's a busy (and very exciting!) time for the Studio at the moment. 😉

Would it be possible to get Bubblegum Hill or the daily challenges? I’ve completed the highest level and have nothing to do but wait for another episode race. Meanwhile, my time is ticking away on the purchases I made and there’s nothing to do but re-play stages I’ve already passed and there’s no purpose in that. Thanks. I’ve been in the episode race forever and would appreciate any change you can give me. I’m past 100 on the piggy bank so I do play a lot and love it! Just need a change. Thanks again
