@Alegria32 please bear in mind we speak English in this community since we have players across the world. We would love you to post again your message this time in English.
In another hand and to answer some of you @Perraki @Dagny817 the Studio is aware of the issue when claiming the rewards and they are investigating. As @Yosca mentions some of you guys have reported that after clicking several times seems you are able to claim them. We know that is not smooth neither a perfect experience for you, but at this moment, that is the only advice we can give you.
@Nix66 are you not able to see Chocolate Bubblegum Hill yet?
