@lalunami Hi, Please check your game and device are up to date and if playing vis an internet browser clear the browser cache and log out and restart your device. then log back in and see if this resolves your issue. You could also try disconnecting from the internet for 30 seconds and then re connect.
hopefully this is just a temporary issue
