As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐
Did u check if u had it on any of the weekday?

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?

Hello @Chakra Well you know I am a human being, and also need my sleep 😁. I don’t have BGH either, maybe no one has it 🤷♀️. I don’t always respond in a separate thread when we have a main thread about a feature/event. And it is like @ipete said, the Studio decides, maybe other events/features are coming to us. I always miss BGH when he is not there, I am at the end of the map and waiting 😅. Have a Sodalicious day 😊.
Sometimes the studio do things without telling our CM. It is very annoying. CM finds out from us and then go ask the king what’s going on.

Agee agree agree - I really look forward to playing Friday thru Sunday - more so with lockdown - and when I hope to see it - it has gone - and baking a cake just doesn’t cut it!

The BGH project team has disappeared us far as responses and fixes go......for a long time now.
I hope this new delay is for 3 reasons:
BGH fan club is not a happy one......so dedicated, so very disappointed......still hopeful all will end well.
Even Covid has a fix in place !!!!!! :)

I’m not sure of that @ipete . You got the chocolate troll before I did this week. Got it yesterday evening and it’ll lasts another 10 hours 🤷♀️ So I keep my fingers crossed Friday 🤞🏻
Yes, I did @Yosca 😁 earlier this week was also good. got 30+ and then 51 (next day). but last night I got less than 10 on multiple times. get to play more which I like better than waiting all day (and night) for someone to over throne me. I want boosters more than golds...that is why I miss Kimmy's Arcade. I see that you are not in the control group anymore. Congrats!😁

Why did they ever mess with Bubblegum Hill....it wasn't broken so why try to fix it and screw it up for everyone.!?!?!?
I login every day just to keep my daily booster, but if there's not Bubblegum Hill I quit and go play a different game. Don't they get it that if they brought BGH back for everyone, all the time, they would have so many more people playing! Ugh. Frustrating!
Why is it that you guys only allow some players to have it on the weekends and not all players??? That seems messed up to do it that way.
