Server connection doesn´t work
Hello.
Candy Crush Soda Saga always says that it couldn´t connect to the server. The levels progress although and my gold is still correct, but many other things are confused and not working most of the time.
I´ve already cleaned the cache of the game, restart the mobile, restart my WLAN/Wifi, disconnect from facebook and reconnect again. All updates also have been done. But nothing helps.
In my friends list there are also a lot of people I don´t know and who haven´t been there before.
The most annoying thing ist that I lost my ranking in the quest "Bärenrauferei". I was on the first place with 320 points and now I should start from the beginning with no points.
Please fix it shortly, because in this way it doesn´t make a lot of fun to play the game.

@Butterly Hi and welcome, If you have done all the troubleshooting tips and still having a fair few issues with your game, not just the connection error. you may find that you may need to uninstall and reinstall the app, but as this is a mobile device you would LOSE any Stored BOOSTERS and LIVES.
You can try disconnecting your wifi while in the game for 30 seconds and then reconnect or change between wifi and mobile data to see if this improves your issue

thank you for your answer. I guess to uninstall the game and install it again seems to be the only option at last. But it is really annoying that all the boosters and progress on events will be lost then. It would be great if another option could help with this issue.

@Butterly Hi, Totally agree but the main troubleshooting tips for android you have said you have done.
Check device game are up to date, make sure you have minimum 2gb free storage space, clear cache from app store, log out and restart your device and then log back in.

Hi @Butterly You did all the troubleshooting and like @Freddy_Falkner said you could uninstall and reinstall as a last solution. However I noticed I have the same problems lately with server connection. I don’t uninstall and reinstall because I still think this is more temporary with so many people still working at home and everyone is on the internet. I see in my game with BubblegumHill it disappear, I play a level, and sometimes it comes back. I play on 2 devices and there was never a sync problem. Yesterday my Android and iOS device didn’t sync; my Android couldn’t find my latest level. But today the progress is similar 🤷♀️. I do understand the annoyance and I agree but I am hoping for the good days again. So please take your time before you do the uninstall and reinstall. Really sorry we don’t have any solution 😔.
