As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?

Yes they've become very stingy with boosters and gold the last couple of years. Same goes for CCS. Now it feels more like a chore to play the new levels than a joy.
I got BGH again!!!!! After weeks without it im just happy to have it....
I got BGH but now it’s 40 energy. So you can only play twice. And every hour you only accumulate 5 more energy. I got 100 to start. I played twice, now have 20 left. It will take 4 hours to get the next 20:so I have 40 to play again. So basically you can only use your 2 hour booster for 2 plays of BGH. And. Only got ONE gold bar for winning. I guess they don’t want to give as many free boosters if you win multiple times. That’s all I can figure. Why change it?.?.
Mine is 50 just like yesterday! They are a bunch of crooks! I'm uninstalling because this game is a waste of my time!
It was okay, when it was just 10 energy bars, but 20, 30, 40 or for some 50? No! The least they could do was refill them, when we win the throne.

I’ve completed BGH 3 times, but did not get 6 x hammer rewards, due to the usual server error affecting only BGH . Can these hammers still reclaimed? Any idea @LadyRaffie , please?
Oh yes the good old first version when we got 6 lollies and 12 (or was it 20) gold for winning the throne. And a lot more gold for sitting om/keeping it.
Most developers would keep a copy that they could plug back in if a future version had issues.................

Yep, I had BGH before I went to work this morning...Should of had it until 12:00 AM EST but just got home 4:25 PM and its gone! Such a tease-😔

I'm being charged fifty energy points this is crazy and a big RIP off. Guess what I will be discontinuing this game I already spend to much I'll be damned if I'm going to spend gold bars for energy also. You guys sure know how to make every one drop the game. Way to go
Also I spent $16.99 on the game for bgh and then it disappears!! I think I will be turning you in to the better business bureau for ripping off your loyal gamers of money for services not rendered! 50 energy points for one round of bubble gum hill is outrageous and yes you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!

Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
