Lost levels

I’ve always been logged into Facebook to play and then this morning all my levels disappeared. I tried following steps to log into king.com/games but there’s no log-in option or settings view. I also tried to look at the article that potentially addresses the issue, but because I’m a “newbie” it says I can’t view... annoying
