As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.

Yeah, I'm assuming we'll have to wait for Bear Brawl to end before BGH comes back since they both take the same energy. Hope I'm wrong.

Lucky you, I haven’t seen BGH for weeks now, no fun at all, nothing to play till Friday when more new levels appear, can only keep replaying level one to get points for the soda squad....or almost forget the dreaded MTF once a day too.......

New batch of (difficult) levels today. Last one again very very difficult, but I also struggled with the first. It's honey, chocolate, bottles, jam and finally bubblegum as far as I remember.
Agreed. I lose that level more often than I win (or I wind up using a ton of lollies to get me there).

How frustrating! Fortunately I haven't had such issues. It's been a good couple of days for me. I think I've gotten around 200 bars. I've used some for playing new levels yesterday and a few for BGH, so I have 165 more than Thursday. Usually I would say I would prefer getting hammers over gold, but with this stupid 30 energy thing it's better to stay on the throne for long than to play many times for hammers. The hour of lives is completely useless to me, when it can't be used for playing BGH!
That’s crazy talk to use 40 or 50 energy for BGH!! BUT honestly I found myself a little jealous real quick...😬🤫🙄 Because I never got BGH at all I the last day or 2!! So I’d be grateful for it to show up @ all!!

Today it's weelknown levels. The first 3 fairly easy, the fourth a little difficult and the fifth is the near impossisble one without a cbomb/cball combo. You know the one with jam, a two part board with licorice in the bottom middle and purple candies.
What’s with having to win energy bars to get Bubblegum Hill? Had not heard that. Had BGH for a few weekends but haven’t seen it lately. It’s one of the main reasons I play this game. Is it back or not? There can’t be that much “technical difficulty “ with it.
That last level is almost impossible to finish without using any items. It's basically luck. The only possible way to clear it, is if you manage to color everything to black colors. This way the 4 black colors at the bottom will turn into fish and goes up to clear the jam field.
I have NOT got BGH !!!
That method is my favorite way to go if I don't get a stripe or fish on the bottom half first. I also attempt to do color bomb with fish, and fish of that color from the bottom half will spread to the top half. Very difficult level, though. I've even mixed a color bomb and coloring candy and still not won.
