One time before you erased all my boosters and my gold without returning it !! And tell today every update makeing it worse:(

Please tell me exactly where I can help you! If you have bought booster, you will get a refund if you contact the support under Contact: In the Help Center under cogwheel - question mark = help center. Please go to buy and gold bars. Otherwise send an email from there. Please include the proof of purchase and your ID number.

It wasn't buying issue i earned them and you deleted it on your update, i was collecting without spending any, is that an issue you erase them for it? I hade around a thousand gold bars and many boosters:(

Which device are you playing on? I have an Android tablet. I go to Tools - Settings - Game App - App Notifications - Empty memory cache. That's all.
