As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?

Yes, you are right, I have collected a lot of energy through the noble path, but with 3 attempts I only get the boosters. The fourth try I let go. So far no gold has been received, has been de-eared too quickly. It's not easy to get through the third level either.
Let's do the math here. It costs 100 energy (for some of us; others appear to have 50) to play. Energy revives only to 50, making it impossible to play without buying energy for 25 gold or, if you're lucky and haven't finished all levels, maybe getting some off noble path. If you buy the energy, it only gives you enough for one turn. The worthwhile payoff is one hammer, and from what I've been reading, only one or two gold bars. From that perspective, it's probably more cost effective to use that precious gold to just buy yourself hammers and save yourself the trouble (not to mention the risk of not even earning the crown) of playing BGH.
I really hope no one is falling for this scam. When I first heard that BGH was coming back this week, I was delighted, but now, I'm thinking of giving up the game for good. The "real" BGH was my favorite part of playing, and it's almost worse that it's back in the form that it is than if it never came back at all because it's robbing many people of their gold. Until it's fixed, I'm out.
Well said Jamelf your post says it all and as for me I have played BGH for around ten years and it is for sure ruined. I will be dumping this game it has been a real joke waiting and waiting and for what! You really know how to screw things up. It is the end for me!
Noble path is completed but still 5 days to get a new one..so I've to play premium path or buy energy....simple...even if I do so..what I get in return is pittance...advise please😀

1. Played BGH first by purchasing gold bars.
2. Started winning levels and completed the noble path.
Now..
No way I can get energy except to buy or wait an eternity to recoup energy...and after all this, BGH goes into sleep mode without awarding any gold bars...with my pic on the throne but someone else's name on it😀😀
Oh my. Really King??? While other businesses are really working on taking stress away during Covid your lack of tact continues to amaze me. Taking the Rainbow bottles away just wasn't enough for you??? Who ruined Bubblegum Hill??? Why??? Why would anyone think this was a good idea??? Do you think you will stay on top ruining your games this way? Have you looked around lately to see just how many Match 3 games are waiting to take your place? Watch and learn. I know after many years of playing I'm searching out other games. They may not claim to be the best but then they aren't running their own games into the game graveyard. RIP King Crushes.

Really? You have to pay before you can play. That is not right! It is stupid anyway because you only get 1 hammer as reward. (Others are not worth anything). Wait until you get new levels on Friday, you can get energy from noble path. Don’t pay money. Maybe next version, they will make us watch 50 ads before we can play. 🙄🙄🙄
How come you only need 40 energy to play, I need 100 Energy to play BGH, I was given 50/50 to start with, I need to pay 25 goldbar to start even start playing. I refused to play.

Thanks for your tips, the path doesn’t work in my situation, I can’t play until more new levels appear on Friday, therefore, I cannot Get any star at all. Can’t go back to old levels to get more stars as almost all my levels are 3 stars already.

Bring the old bubblegum hill back. The new version is horrible!
I'm not a fan of the new BGH at all. It costs way too much to play, and the rewards just simply aren't worth it. What made BGH so great in the past was that it was by far the easiest way to stock up on both hammers and gold. The fact that they give you only a single hammer after winning the new version is ridiculous, especially considering the fact that it costs 100 energy to play. With this change, there is now no easy way to stock up on hammers, and I consider hammers to be the most fundamentally important tool when it comes to winning levels. Sure, they give you a bunch of boosters, but there were already plenty of opportunities to earn boosters.
After 5,789 levels, I think I may call it quits. 😥

As with others, this version of BGH costs more to play and gives lower rewards. If a bar or shop did that, I'd use a different one. Is it Kings intent to drive us away?

Let me just say first, I am a big fan of Bubblegum Hill. I was very happy to see that it returned today and that I would be able to play it again after a few weeks absence.
Now, let me say that I am really disappointed in the new format for Bubblegum Hill, and in fact, youdon't really get to play it at all, unless you want to pay!! You can'tplay the game unless you have 100 energy, so you have to purchase energy because you are only started at 50 energy. I figured I would wait to see until the energy level increased over time (as in prior BGH games) so that I could finally start playing, but it never did. After 4 hours, I still only had 50 energy.
Then, I figured I would just go ahead and pay. So I purchased 100 energy for 25 gold and had 150 energy. I started the game and it immediately took 100 energy (leaving me with 50). That is an incredible amount of energy to play 1 game with only 3 levels. I played the game and completed the levels and was crowned the winner!! I got a 2 boosters and an hour of play. After about an hour, I was knocked from the throne by another player and was awarded 6 gold. I then tried to play BGH again, but it showed I only had 50 energy (which is what I had started at the beginning of the game) and I needed to pay 25 gold to play again. Really!!!!!!! What a crock!!
Let me know when the other BGH returns instead of this crap! I don't know why you think you have to reinvent the wheel when the wheel works fine! I read other posts from players and my feelings are not alone. You took the fun out of the game and I will not be playing BGH with this new format.
