For some of my games I am unable to send lives. Some I can. Frustrating.

Thanks @Suzetruus You are playing the game on king.com? You know you can download your favorite game directly to your computer on Windows 10? You can download many King games directly to your computer and play via the Windows app and use the same king account.
If you have problems with the app, you can reset the app:
- Click on the Windows icon down to the left on your PC.
- Choose ‘Settings’, the icon that looks like a cogwheel.
- Go to ‘Apps’, then to ‘Apps & features’.
- Find the game you have issues with and go to ‘Advanced options’.
- Click on ‘Reset’.

Hi again @Suzetruus Follow the steps:
- In Windows 10, go to start menu.
- Search for Microsoft Store and open it.
- In the store, in the search box at the top right corner of the window, search for Candy Crush Soda Saga
- Select the game from the search result.
- When the app page is loaded, click on the Install button to download and install Candy Crush Soda Saga game automatically.
- The installation may take a while depending on the speed of your internet connection.
Once the installation is completed, you will get a pop up notification that shows Launch and Pin to Start buttons
