@ziggyzoo that feature does comes and goes. There is not much you can do except keep checking for latest updates of game and device.

Hi- mid-game I have shut down and lost everything- this has happened for 3 days now and a lot of purchases have just gone. I have purchased a lot for some time - not happening in any other games on my device - love the game but this is very disappointing.

Hello @ziggyzoo You might try to log out of the game, clear cache, power off your device, restart your device check for updates game and device, and log back into the game. Play/replay a level to see if you have Soda Squad back.
