    Pomegranate banana smoothie

    ingredients 1 pc pomegranate 1 pc banana

    preparation Cut a piece of the pomegranate peel and then tear it into several pieces to get the seeds out. Put the pomegranate seeds in the blender and chop briefly. Then pour through a fine sieve, wiping the back of a spoon over it to get more juice. In this variant, the cores are left behind. If you like it with pomegranate seeds, don't use a sieve! Put the juice back into the blender and add the peeled and roughly chopped banana. Mix and pour into a glass.
