Please try standard troubleshooting to see if it helps next time you log in
*it depends on on the type of the device. Read all details here. You can clear cookies/cache of your device. Or clear cache of Soda app directly, if you own Android. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
If it doesn't help, please ask a question in Support area here and we'll try to find out what's going on

I won 30 minutes free play twice this week and did not receive that free play either time. What is going on?

I understood the function of a Moderator was to pass on to the development team the opinions being expressed by users.
As you have already stated, you are not using the latest version.

To address this type of comment to someone who has been playing the game for several years shows a total lack of consideration before you write.

I don't care whether it is in a test phase or not. I will be leaving the community on Wednesday if it is not removed, and we are back to the original daily bonus.
This is not a bonus it is purely an attempt to get people to spend money to play your game.
If I leave I will certainly not be replacing it with any game associate with King.
I passed it on to the better explanation.

Please create a continue button like “Jelly Saga” has. Once a level has been cleared, it would be nice to hit continue instead of waiting for the level to finish moves.
