 I play 3 or 4 days then this happens. I get the same response for directions.

  I have done that numerous times. Can you find out who can help with this? It happens in Candy crush Soda, Candy Crush Jelly, etc. Now it's saying that you are experiencing tech. difficulty. I only have one game to play now.
