Unable to run Candy Crush Soda or Candy Crush and more ...

When attempting to run either Candy Crush Soda or Candy Crush I am receiving

the error message "You have experienced and error that we are trying hard to fix"

This however is not a consistent situation as sometimes I am able to execute the games.

This problem is NOT Operating System specific as the same error occurs on Android and

Windows 10 Pro systems.

Rather frustrating and annoying. It could even get worse when Windows 11 gets released in October.

    As recommended, I have followed the procedure but to no avail. All of my devices are fully up to date and optimised.

    I have also tried a series of different Web Browsers:

    On Windows 10 Pro (i7 system) : Edge ; Chrome ; Firefox ; Vivaldi ; Opera ; Brave ; Avast Secure

    Android (Samsung S7+) : Chrome ; Edge ; Samsung Browser

    I have accessed the game via Facebook and directly via King.

    The routine Error more times than they Succeed, which is frustrating. It can also error when retrying a failed level.

    Have now tried this on brand new Pc and it is still ***king broke. Win 10 Pro - 64 bit. Tried several browsers. My Internet connection is 100Mb (90 Mb constant)
