Did not receive purchases, charged on 8/9
I tried doing what you told me to do about not being charged $3.97 and I would be notified by email of my refund. For a long time I haven't purchased from Google play and it looks like I won't be purchasing anymore which is a shame because I live alone and this my entertainment.I sent a text to the other sight and have heard nothing in my email

Hello again @Jomama11 Who would keep you informed of your refund? Player Support or Google Play? If you have received an email from Player Support and have not heard anything within 3 days, you can send a reply. Don't forget to check your spam inbox!
If you want a full refund you can contact Google Play. Please notice that you must follow the below steps directly from the payment provider in order to receive a refund.
- Open the receipt you have received from Google Play and tap "Report a problem"
- If you don’t have the email receipt then use this direct link. Scroll down to Order History and click on Report a problem
- Click here for more information.
- Follow the instructions given
