lost my progress in candy crush saga
Level 1
back to level 1 when i was at 2528. no gold bars they are gone too.
My lap top crashed, Now i have anew one i am back to the start. I am still level 2528 on my phone but not lap top. What can i do.

Hello and welcome to the Community @HorseWitch It looks like you are not logged in to your game. Once you want to enter your game, you have to select the option I already have an account and log in with your existing account as on your phone. You should see your progress back 😊

I'm so sorry this happened I know the feeling my Facebook account got hacked and I had to start all over on this game as well

Thank you I logged out and then back in a couple of times then it finally worked. YAY so happy now
