In Saudi Arabia, we eat showerma alot. It's a Sandwich With Bread, Chicken, And mix with Salad and then you roll the bread to eat it. The chicken Meat is Stacked in front of Fire for Cooking. The chef Comes in cut the chicken slices and make a Sandwich out of it which we Call it Showerma. If you visited Dubai, you may eat Showerma. π

India is one of the countries where "Rice" crops are abundant. I guess that is the reason, Indians make a sweet dish called "Kheer". To simply say "Rice Pudding".
It is a desert made with Rice, Milk, Sugar, Ghee (clarified butter), along with exotic spices like Cardamom, Cinnamon, etc., with a dressing of Almond and Pistachio slices.....
Although the basic item is "Kheer", it is made a bit differently in each state of India, still delicious βΊοΈ
