As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?

If so, no need to worry at all, because Mr. King Chewy is coming back this weekend.
He was put on hold for few weeks as there was "Easter Egg" event going on! I am thinking, the Soda team might have done this as both the events might collide and cause issues, perhaps!!
I heard that the "Easter Egg" event was very fun! I did not have it in my game though!! How about you? Did you have it in your game? If so, did you like it?

You have lost me as a customer. It was hard enough to get extra boosters without paying for them, now you've removed Bubble Gum Hill, which at least gave you a chance to win a few hammers every weekend.I have made it passed level 3000, but now I'm done - have given you enough money 😕

Why when we are stuck at home, In self isolation, we do not have bubblegum hill ? During this pandemic many companies are doing their bit to help the nation while away the time. The least that King could do is give everyone the hill, preferably every day, during this pandemic. It would be useful if someone high up in the company could look into this and sort it out.

.@PummyRaj - very disappointed since the return of Bubble Gum Hill. I usually purchase the Sweet Deal before I start, in that way I can gain additional hammers during the hour I have purchased. However, the game is being manipulated now so that after winning Bubble Gum Hill the first time, it won't give me an opportunity to retake the throne until the hour of purchased time has expired. This was not the case previously, but the game has become a pure money grab and I won't be spending any more money to purchase boosters. Previously you could accumulate extra boosters of all kinds by winning. Sadly, now you have to purchase them. Very dissatisfied with how this game is being manipulated by Candy Crush ☹️

Hi @PummyRaj many thanks. I have always had the bubble gum and was surprised when it disappeared. I have completed all levels and while waiting for the new levels on Friday I get to play the hill and earn boosters 😊. Guess I will wait until then....
