I keep getting messages that say I am not connected to the internet for this game

I have internet but the game keeps telling me i am not connected what do i need to do to get connected

I have been unable for days now to connect with Candy Crush Soda. It tells me I do not have internet. My device does indeed have internet. No problems playing Candy Crush Saga on same device. I have tried several other devices. Same problem. I even tried different internet. Does not save progress. For each booster I had close to 400 on each one. GONE. When I try to purchase it gets to the shop. There is "contacting" under each sell item. On my PC I can go to the shop and purchase. On PC none of the hundreds of boosters are there. Can you help me out. Thanks.
