This has been happening for 3 days now. Has anyone figured out the problem?

It's been reported that some players are having issues on Facebook platform. Facebook is working on a fix and we can only hope it'll be done soon. I can only suggest to switch to playing on app and not browser as a possible alternative.

- What platform do you use? App? Browser on your pc?
- What device do you use? Does your device have at least 2 GB of free space?
- Are your device software and game up to date?

This has been going on for the last couple of days. at the most 3 or 4. It starts to load then goes back to restart the loading

Hi there,
Nope, didn't fix the problem. I use Chrome and play on my computer through Facebook. Chrome is up-to-date, but tried it on Firefox and it still won't load. It gets about 3/4 of the way and then starts loading again, after about 3-4 times I get this message:
"You have experienced an error that we are working hard to fix. Please try again in a moment"
