Game will not update on Wi-Fi
I play on my PC as well as my iPhone/iPad. This is VERY frustrating, as I have fibre internet with excellent speed, but my games will not update. On my phone, I have to take wifi off and use cell data for it to update/get bonuses, etc...On my PC, I cannot do this, so I miss out on this. BUT, the major issue is my progress does not update...so my PC is behind where I am actually in the game. What is up with this and is there a fix? Unknowingly, I have used boosters and other things to pass levels I have already passed, which my game doesn't update.

Hello @jazzysue You said iPhone/iPad. So, you play on both devices and have the same problem on both iPhone and iPad? Then if that is the case, you have to wait for update from king. But if you paly only on 1 device, then try uninstall/reinstall the game. bad thing about that is you will lose all your boosters. there is a way to save your boosters by using backup function to iCloud

Yes, iPhone/iPad and occasionally on my PC. My iPad is only Wi-Fi so to update I have to do the hotspot through my phone. If not, it will just not update on Wifi.
This has been going on for weeks, if not months. There have been updates and none have fixed this problem. I think it is time to give up on this game. It is just so bizarre...why it updates on cellular data, but not on Wi-Fi just dumbfounds me...
