Why do I get a connection error whenever I try to access my account through the computer?

    Hello and welcome to our friendly Community @Crifab70 I am sorry to hear you have this problem. Maybe it helps to log out of the game via your profile - clear the cache (super important!) - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly, and a stable internet connection.

    Anyone else having issues with logging in and seeing Facebook friends? It doesn’t recognize my log

    in on my phone (says email or password incorrect) but I can log in on a computer.

    And the most frustrating thing is I cannot see, send or request lives from my Facebook friends.
