27th October- Temporary game issues
Hi everyone,
We are experiencing a temporary server issue which might be affecting you while playing Candy Crush Soda Saga.
This issue may give various error messages when playing on Facebook or on King.com and stopping your game to load properly.
Connection issues with your game account, ads and purchases on mobile devices and via the Windows app are also affected by this.
We are working on a fix and to get everything back on track and counting on having this sorted out shortly.

Welcome to the Community @matata1 We cannot handle purchase issues in the Community, due to personal information, but Player Support can. If you happen to play on a mobile device, you can contact directly from the device. When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions. All you need to do is:
- Open the game app —> tap on the blue gear
- Tap on the ? mark
- Tap on Purchase and Gold Bars
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Contact Us"

Hello...how long will this take to get rectified? I have 3 games (Candy Crush Soda, Pet Rescue Saga and candy Crush Jelly sinc to my FB account and if this is not corrected by end of business today I will lose my daily accumulation bonuses (Progress) and have to start all over at square 1 again. I work too hard and invested too much to get to where I am at now with these games.
Also I am way higher than a level 2 as you have me here.
