With Mr Toffee being missing from Candy Crush Soda and the Chocolate Box giving errors in Candy Crush Saga, King seems to be having a few problems lately.
Yes, @Yosca and @Pitty_Kitty I have had the social feature in my game for a few weeks now (I don't use it). It was there along with Mr. Toffee. Only the Mr. Toffee event has been removed.
I even dont have any events or features on the screen. Soda Teams has also gone.

Hi @MollyS yep, mine is gone too, along with some other players'. It has been reported but there are no news so far.

Mr Toffee Fair disappeared from my game and has not returned. 2 or 3 days now 🙄

If you have saved your game, you can login again with the same account and you will find your progress back.

Hello @Hellena59 Sorry that happened to you, but just like @AaronMedina said you have to be patient and it will reappeared on its own.
Tried it twice doesn't help😓
This problem has happened to me a couple of times @Hellena59 ,but I knew that I would unlock those events if I was patient, and it was a sudden matter that they appeared.
Hello @Hellena59 We had an issue with the game and probably your game isn’t working yet as it should be, sorry. Please do the troubleshooting to see if that helps:
Log out of the game via your profile - clear the cache (super important!) - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.
If you still don’t see Mr Toffee then play some levels and hopefully you’ll see it back.
